WEST WINDSOR, NJ – West Windsor Chief of Police Joseph Pica has announced his retirement from the force. His replacement, Administration Lieutenant Robert Garofalo will begin in July of this year.

West Windsor Mayor Hsueh said in a statement “our longstanding tradition of organizational structure will continue seamlessly under the new leadership of Robert Garofalo”.

Lieutenant Garofalo said, “I’m ready to accept the challenge and continue the legacy of excellence by Chief Pica”.

Pica began as Chief immediately following the attacks on September 11th, and just before the anthrax attacks in West Windsor Township.
