CROSSWICKS, NJ – The Crosswicks Fire House was swarming with activity as band members serving as waiters, served the community fresh rolls, salads and of course pasta and meatballs.

“It helps fund the instrument repairs,” Shelley Guevara, a parent, told WBNC News. “It helps to alleviate some of the costs of the trips, and other things that the Band Boosters get to help the students out with.”

Lorna Mills, a student, also spoke with us about what she plans to do after school, and how Northern has helped her. “Northern has shaped me tremendously… and I really thank them for that”

The fundraiser was another good example of students supporting the school and a program that gives them so much in return.
