BORDENTOWN, NJ – Today at the Scottish Rite Hall in Bordentown, NJ, cub scouts from Allentown Pack 180 recently crossed over into Boy Scouts. Two of the scouts will join Crosswicks Boy Scout Troop 55.

“The arrow of light ceremony is an opportunity for us to recognize scouts that have earned the highest rank that cub scout allows,” said Michael Acardi, a committee member for Pack 180.

Mr. Acardi has a son currently in Boy Scouts, and his younger son crossed over into Boy Scouts today. “Not only does he have a friendly face in his older brother, but the troop that he’s going to, he’s got 50 friendly faces, cuz it’s a really great group of kids.”
