TRENTON, NJ – Ahead of the big snowstorm headed to the northeast, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has declared a state of emergency in a press conference today.  In his speech, he informs that the worst part of the storm will be evening Monday and overnight into Tuesday, until about noon on Tuesday.

First, let me say to everyone in New Jersey that this is going to be a significant storm with snow fall today and into tomorrow that will create really hazardous conditions – including dangerous conditions on our roadways. So I have declared a State of Emergency in New Jersey
