Gov. Christie (R) & Senator Barbara Buono (D)

TRENTON, NJ – According to a recent poll, Gov. Chris Christie has a 40% point lead over Democratic opponent Senator Barbara Buono.

Another report says that Christie has a 64% of the population that intends to vote in November, while Buono only receives 24%.  That leaves 10% of the population who say that they don’t know who they’re voting for.

The poll also says that Christie’s numerous appearances with Obama, as well as his handling of Hurricane Sandy damage, contributed to his high ratings.
